As you know that every year the cut-off is increasing so precious year the candidates who scored 270+ marks only few students get admission so if this year cutoff will decrease then you have chances of getting admission in different courses.

Yeah,you can feel the college choices for both mbbs and dental College at same time whether it's AIQ counselling or state counselling.

Please fill choice very carefully and then only lock it. Otherwise sometimes Candidates who can get MBBS at his marks get BDS seat for that because of hi choice filling order. So never give bds college on top or above mbbs colleges otherwise you will have chance of getting allotted bds instead of MBBS. Always give college choices acoording to your priorities. Check out the cut off marks of previous year for AIQ and state then you can arrange your choice according to that for getting right college at right time.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you should work hard it totally depends upon the examination if paper is simple then cutoff goes high gradually and if paper or examination is hard then cutoff goes down. As per the previous year cutoffs, it will be difficult for you to get seat in Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Science, New Delhi for you at this score in general category. But you might have chance to secure seat for BDS course at ESIC dental college, New Delhi in state quota.

Otherwise at your score you get admission in any good private college for either MBBS or BDS. Such as:
