Dear aspirant
The marks you are telling is very low to get admission in government MBBS/BDS college even through the state quota counselling.
If we talk about cut off marks for government dental College, raipur for OBC category so in 2018 it was 388 marks where as in 2019 it was 418 marks. We don't have data of 2020 but it will be almost 50+ marks than 2019 because there were high scoring in NEET 2020.
So if you want govt dental College raipur in OBC category then you must aim to score more than 460-470+ marks in upcoming neet.
You can check previous year cut off marks for different dental College of chattisgarh by visiting the link below

All the best
For securing government seat in dental college of any one should score about 580+ in general category to be on safer side. But for securing private dental college you need to score 450+ in NEET UG exam.
As per your query to get dental seat in Christian Medical College, Ludhiana you need atleast 450+ marks in your Neet UG examination.
And according to 2020 cutoff for Kalka Dental College, Meerut for general category the opening AIR was 596664 and closing AIR was 661259.
Also remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling and more.
Hope you get some clarification.
