there is any chance to get dental college in Kerala 2nd round allotment. my Kerala rank is 31577 and Kerala ayurveda rank 31955

Anurag Khanna 21st Nov, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

On such state rank you have good chances of getting some dental colleges in Kerala under state quota according to previous year's cut-off (2018). As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-

  • Al-Azhar Dental College, Thodupuzha
  • Annoor Dental College and Hospital, Muvattupuzha
  • Sree Anjaneya Institute of Dental Sciences, Kozhikode

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-kerala

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

I belong to General EWS catagory and I am eligible for state quota of both chandigarh and haryana. Can I apply for mbbs in state quota of Haryana if l have not applied mbbs in Chandigarh but have been allocated a seat of BDS ( Sri Harivansh Dental College) in Chandigarh?

theeanonymous 16th Nov, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

When it comes to state NEET counselling , you are eligible to apply in own domicile state as well as another states and choose the seat you want. But only in the state where you have domicile certificate , will you be eligible to get both government medical colleges and private colleges. In other states , if you do not have domicile advantage then you are an outsider , so you will only be eligible for private medical colleges.

All the best

I got 312 marks in neet 2020 . can I get d y dental college lohegaon through 2nd round counselling of Maharashtra? I belong to obc category.

Gbharath Raj 15th Nov, 2020

Hello applicant,

*Actually Commissionerate of Common Entrance Test (CET), Maharashtra, the concerned authority to conduct Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2020, has decided to release the official cut-off marks of this eminent institution after the completion of Counselling procedure. So till then we should go for the previous year's details: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra

*According to this website, the minimum qualifying marks required to get chance for OBC category student in this prestigious institution in 2019 was 373 where your marks is far behind from it. And one more thing I've to mention here is that in this year the cut-off marks will definitely get increased due to increase of several important factors (like: number of appeared canditates, total number of successful candidates, total number of available seats, top NEET Score etc) responsible for determining the qualifying marks. So it's obvious that despite being reserved (OBC) category canditate you don't have any kind of possibility to grab a BDS seat in your desired college.

*May be  you can definitely get a seat at D Y Patil Dental school, according to the cut-off in the previous years. I will suggest you to wait till the final counseling and then you will get your desired seat, as the number do fluctuate a bit every year.

*Ok don't need to be disappointed in this regard. You've enough possibilities in other BDS colleges in Maharashtra. To get the entire list of the colleges genuinely suitable as per my marks, rank, category and state please use our Careers360 NEET College predictor tool:

Hope it helpful

after joining pvt dental college in karnataka in govt seat can I change another college in second year

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 23rd Dec, 2020

No. There is no inter college transfer. Once you are allotted a seat, you either continue your course there or you discontinue the course. But you cannot transfer from one college to another. If you want to join another College, you have to reappear for NEET, attend the Counselling process and then choose your options based on the College allotted. MCC doesn't facilitate inter college transfers for Medical Courses in Government or Private Colleges.

there is any chance for getting mbbs in Kerala through state counseling in private college. / there is any chance for getting gov dental college . state rank is 31755

Anirudh Singh 13th Nov, 2020

Hi.

1) Private colleges do not participate in state counselling in this case, MBBS Admission Counselling conducted by state of Kerala, which is based on marks obtained in NEET Exam. Incase you wish to pursue MBBS in a private college then depending on the college you opt for they have their own admission procedure. For instance, some might consider NEET Exams some might not. So for better clarification, you can provide the college you wish to opt for so I can let you know its admission procedure.

You can see the list of private college at THIS PAGE

2) You can use the College Predictor for State-based counselling depending on your credentials.

BEST OF LUCK.
