Hello Sanjana,
According to the rank predictor your rank comes out to be around 194920-227070 and your percentile is 85.93-86.43. Since you have not mentioned your category, I assume it to be general. According to previous years cutoff scores which was in the range 360-500, your chances seems to be less in Karnataka Dental colleges under General category. But, there are 2-3 colleges whose cutoff is around 340. You can get a private seat with your score but the cutoff for Government seats is around 380. However, if you belong to reserved category, then you might get admission.
Note that cutoff changes every year depending upon various factors. You can use the following college predictor link for accurate colleges in which you have a chance of getting admission: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=qna&ici=qna_answer
Hello Aspirant,
In Army College of Dental Sciences, Secunderabad there are only 40 seats for BDS. As your NEET score is 304. Also it too depends upon last years cut-off. Adding it with 15% All India quota and 85% state quota seats in government colleges. Your Overall Percentile is: 80.13 - 80.13 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted rank is: 279298 - 319448 .
Use this to predict the colleges by using this predictor link:

Dear Aspirant,
To get dental government seat candidate need 480+ in NEET through All India quota. But there is a chance to get dental government college to you with your 400 score as you belong to OBC category. You can get seat through state level quota. As you have not mentioned your state so its difficult to predict your college.
Thank you
Hello student,
It's difficult to predict the exact cut-off. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not. Cut-off varies from state to state. It also varies from state quota seats to all india quota seats.
You haven't mentioned the category you belong to. So considering you as a general candidate, you need to score above 417 , to get admission to government dental college Bangalore. And to get admission in mamc you should have a score around 647 for general category. this data is based upon Last year's cut-off.
You can check NEET predictor tool to get an idea about the college you might get.

Hey,
Every seat in college is disturbed between All India Counseling as well as state counseling. Few seats falls under All India category and few seats are reserved for State Counseling. If the seat remains vacant under All India Counseling, it gets revert back to the state counseling.
Yes Maulana Azad Institute of Central University falls under both counseling.
Hope that helps.
