Hey Sharmila , when it comes to employment i belive degree holders face no problem in getting a job but when it comes to second part of your question , yes there are certain obstacles which you might face , good salary depends not only on your grades but the places you apply for and how you perform , but nevertheless the discipline has a promise land for those who are sincere and willing to work hard.
All the best .

You can not become dentist just by giving NEET. First you have earn a Bachelor's Degree and then give Dental Admission Test (DAT). Score of DAT will decide your admission in any dental school. After getting into a dental school you can earn your Dental Degree.
Hope it helps.

Hey Khushboo,
BDS is indeed a good field but it depends on your interest if you can become successful. As far as I know BHU is one of the best universities in India and has a very good faculty for BDS.
With just a BDS degree you won't get a lot of salary. You need to do some specialisation after your BDS for more field work. Then you can open your own clinic or join some good hospital. Your salary will be between 5-10lakhs on an average and if you become a really good dentist then the salary will surely hike up.
I hope this helps, good luck!
