Attending distance colleges are never a good Idea untill your college is far away and you cannot afford to go there because this won't participate in your holistic development. There will be no interaction with your batchmates in offline mode and being on laptop or mobile technology could even harm you sometimes.

Hello,
If you are pursuing graduation in distance mode from a recognized university, then your degree is valid, and you can definitely appear for CDS exam provided you meet other criteria as well as follows-
Indian Military Academy:
Air Force Academy:
Indian Naval Academy:
Officer's Training Academy(Men):
Candidates in their final year of graduation too are eligible to apply provisionally provided there are no backlogs and they can show the proof of the qualifying examination within the prescribed time frame,
hence with BCA you are eligible for IMA/OTA and in case you had studied mathematics at 10+2 level then only for Air Force Academy,
Indian Navy Academy isn't possible as its eligibility criteria is BTech.

Yes, you may combine the two courses to get a bachelor's and a master's degree. After meeting the prerequisites for both degrees, you are permitted to pursue a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Science as a combined degree program. Following the "Indian Express" story with the title "Students may now pursue two degree courses at the same time" reveals that UGC has finally granted students the go-ahead to pursue two degree programs concurrently. Students may now enroll in a traditional full-time degree program from the same university or another school and pursue an extra degree program in open/distance learning mode at the same time. You may combine an MSc with a B.Ed. degree. I really hope this has been of assistance to you. If you have any more questions, please leave them in the comment section below. thanks Wishing you the best of luck!

Both of the options you put forward are great in terms of the subjects and needs they cater to and the career options assigned with them. There are various universities and colleges providing programmes in both of them. As human resource is a more practical and much more interaction and experience - oriented I would suggest you to do a full - time course on that.
All the best!
