Yes, you may combine the two courses to get a bachelor's and a master's degree. After meeting the prerequisites for both degrees, you are permitted to pursue a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Science as a combined degree program. Following the "Indian Express" story with the title "Students may now pursue two degree courses at the same time" reveals that UGC has finally granted students the go-ahead to pursue two degree programs concurrently. Students may now enroll in a traditional full-time degree program from the same university or another school and pursue an extra degree program in open/distance learning mode at the same time. You may combine an MSc with a B.Ed. degree. I really hope this has been of assistance to you. If you have any more questions, please leave them in the comment section below. thanks Wishing you the best of luck!

Hi aspirant,
Both of the options you put forward are great in terms of the subjects and needs they cater to and the career options assigned with them. There are various universities and colleges providing programmes in both of them. As human resource is a more practical and much more interaction and experience - oriented I would suggest you to do a full - time course on that.
All the best!

Dear student,
In face to face education system, students listens and understands the lectures in a better way and would result in good score from the students by being present physically in the classroom.
But in case of distance education, students need to prepare themselves and should be self-motivated to study the concepts and look after their studies. In face-to-face education system there are good number of chances for the students to main more knowledge and expert help in clearing their doubts than in other case. On a whole face-to-face education system is better and effective for students.
Hope this helps you.
All the Best!!
