Hello,
Bar Council of India does not recognize law course done through distance or correspondence. If you want to practice law you need to study in regular mode and appear in exams with minimum percentage of attendance. Your law degree is invalid if you have done it through distance mode. So it is better to go for regular mode.
Hello hope you are doing well
For police you need a simple graduation degree . as you mention in your query that you already completed your graduation degree. So you are eligible for all police exam. If you want to apply for constable post you simply require 12th pass.
I hope i answered all the points of your query
It really depends on the university or college you are seeking admission into.
In some colleges they conduct entrancr tests. While in some colleges they just look for your undergraduation score/percentage.
So make sure to check with the college either directly or through their website.

Praveen, FMS Delhi has many criteria on which it accepts your admission. It will depend on your score in the B Com, CAT percentile, School Grades, Interview, and many more. And yes probably a student with a regular degree would be ranked above the one with a distance degree.
Hope this helps! All the best!!
UGC has mentioned that a student can pursue 2 courses at the same time, one being regular course and the other being through Distance Mode. Now if you are pursuing B.Des through Regular mode, your highest qualification will still be 12th and you can join BA through Distance mode on the basis of your 12th. So just to answer your question, while studying B.Des, you can also study BA through Distance mode.
