Dear aspirant
To achieve any big dream people have to work hard and face many difficult accross the path.
For most of people it's very hard to become a successful doctor in india due to low number of government seats and high number of candidates fighting for same. Also there is High fees in private medical colleges in India. Almost only 1-2% Candidates get government medical College which appears for neet exam. So everyone is fighting there own battles.
If you really wanted to be doctor you should work hard and be always determined for it and score enough that you get a govt college and can fulfill your dreams. Yeah I know in single year you can not crack, so take time keep doing Hard work you will be able to achieve that one day for sure. Most of the students in india are doing that only.
You can go abroad for being doctor also as their fees are comparatively low from india private medical colleges. Although you will have to get qualifying marks in NEET to get admission in abroad medical College. Once you complete your mbbs from abroad you will have to give fmge exam in India for legal practice of mbbs in india. To crack fmge exam after mbbs in india is very difficult, every year only 15-16% foreign graduate are able to clear this exam every year.
So there is everywhere hard work associated in making of doctor. So start doing it and hev confidence in yourself you will be also a good doctor one day.
All the best !!

Yes, you only need to crack the USMLE which is a 3 part exam. If you are planning to do your MBBS in India and then move out, then you have 2 options to practice medicine in the US.
1.You can give the USMLE 1 and USMLE 2 from India since it is an online exam and then get Visa to complete USMLE 3 which is the Residency in US.
2.You can enroll for a Master’s program in the US to get a student Visa. You can prepare for USMLE 3 while completing your Masters. Once you have cleared USMLE Step 3, you can apply for residency in the hospitals.
