to be a doctor, you will have to appear for NEET exam. NEET is a national level entrance examination held for admissions in Medical colleges all over India. NEET exam is based on Physics, Chemistry and Biology syllabus for class 11th and 12th syllabus. As of now, there is not any age limit this year, so you will be eligible for the exam.

Yes you can surely become one but degree wise you need to apply to each degree in a single time.For example once you complete your MBBS or any course related to doctor you can continue after that the degree of space scientist.However without the degree too you can follow your passion.But i will suggest you to follow your dream at least complete one degree dedicatively.

Astronomy is one of the most competitive fields. Excellent background in high school maths and physics is required. Assuming that you have completed your MBBS ,you cant take up astronomy classes. But still you can earn a masters degree in ASTROBIOLOGY, you can sill work in space medicine fields, you can eventually become an astronaut too.

I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you that their are various number of entrances exams which you can give graduation. But most of the exams require btech in their eligibilty. Following are the few ways to go in army for you:

1.Short Service Commission Non Technical Women: This exam is conducted under the Combined Defence Service examination. The criteria need to be fulfilled in order to sit in this examination are:The age of the candidate should be between 19-25 years.The candidate should be a graduate from  recongized university

2.  COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE EXAMINATION

This examination conducted twice in a year by union public service
commission of india.To recruit the candidates in Indian army, air force and indian
navy.Eligibility criteria for the same will be:-graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
for indian army.-graduation in physics maths and engineering for indian air force
and indian navy.Age limits varies according to the different academies for example:
-for Officers training academy 19 to 25 years of age.
-for indian millitary academy 19 to 24 years of age.

3.AFCAT- Air force common admission test.
Examination is conducted for selection into the three branches of
indian air force.
Three branches are-
-flying branch.
-technical branch.
-ground duty branch.

Firstly if you have to choose among doctor and engineering so it should be decided before 11th standard.

If you have to be college student so your field will be based on the subject opted by you after 10th.

As after 10th we have to choose subject.

So only bio students can be doctor and only maths students may be an engineer.

If you are in lesser standard than 11 so please choose wisely and according to your interest.

And if you are in higher standard than 11 so you may only ho to that field only in what stream you have opted after 10th.

Also don't think more just see your interest and also your family support and go for that field.

Both the field have good future as well as demand.
