Hello Aspirant,
ISRO releases the post of Scientist/Engineer 'SC' for EEE candidates. EEE graduates are eligible to apply for this post. Usually, this post is for Electronics, Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science and Electrical graduates. Please note that these are usually advertised as separate posts.
For example, they might advertise
Scenario 1 : Scientist/Engineer 'SC' post for (Electronics, Mechanical, and computer science)
OR
Scenario 2: Scientist/Engineer 'SC' post for
(Electrical/Civil, etc.,)
EEE graduates can apply for both, i.e. scenarios 1 and 2 ( not necessarily at the same time). It is subjected to the requirements that they are looking for.
As mentioned, the advertisement solely depends on their requirements at a particular point in time. Keep checking the ISRO careers page for the latest notifications and job requirements.

Additionally, On applying for the 'SC' post, ISRO conducts a written exam and on clearing the exam the shortlisted candidates are called for an interview.

The three subjects you have mentioned have there own importance and three of them are equally advantageous for a student who want to pursue it as a career. All this courses have employability as well as very good career growth.
Now as you want to prioritize among this three then I would recommend the following order of selection:
Now as you know CSE have better career prospect which is undeniable. It covers a great variety of work profile thus employability is much more in this sector. As the userbase is growing in every online and offline services, managing data is one of the most important factor as well as to predict and create models from that data is a great priority point.
Thus if you are sure that you like AI and Data Science then make it your first criteria. But if you are confused but you know that you want to go for IT and programming career then I would recommend you to go for CSE. ECE have nothing bad but the industrial sectors are not that much of CSE and as most of the students don't get core field jobs in ECE then they have to move to IT with lower salaries. But if you are enthusiastic about ECE then you should go for it.

The salary and job opportunities in abroad doesn't depend on the branch you choose that is electronics and electrical engineering EEE or EE.
It only depends on the specifications and your special skills which you learn during the course time both EEE and EE have equal salary and job opportunities in abroad but it depends on the uniqueness which you possess after completing these courses.
