Hi Aspirant!
MSc electronic and MSc information technology are two different degrees. To get admission in any of these you must have completed BSc or any related bachelor's degree with the required subjects. MSc IT would land you to the software industry, if you have good interest in working with the softwares, applications, programming languages then join this, provided you must have some knowledge about the programming languages because in master's you will not be learning the basis. But if you have good interest in conductors, semiconductors then join electronics. Both these branches have a wide scope not only in India but in foriegn countries as well. Salary as a fresher for MSC varies between 3.5 to 6 LPA.
Thankyou!
