The qualifying marks to qualify in AP EAPCET is same every year. Candidates belonging to general category, OBC must score minimum 40 marks out of 160 marks to qualify in AP EAPCET. However, for candidates belonging to SC/ST category there is no qualifying mark, such candidates need to score positive non-zero score to qualify. So if you belong to general category, OBC then you should score minimum 40 marks there is no qualifying rank. To get admission in to a decent college you should aim to score minimum 90-100 marks or above if you belong to general category, if you belong to OBC/EWS then you should aim to score minimum 80-90 marks or above and if you belong to SC/ST category then you should score minimum 65-80 marks or above. The cut off rank for admission is different for each college, branch and category. The cut off is determined by various factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. The college wise cut off ranks will be published at the end of counselling.
