Hope you are doing well.According to previous years VITEEE cutoff, the closing rank for CSE in amaravathi is 25,000.As per your rank it would be difficult for you to get admission in 1st category in CSE.So, I would suggest you to try in VIT Bhopal and  you can check other branches also.

According to my knowledge usually mess fees is included in the hostel fees but there might be some exceptions. Its depend upon college to college. Mess fee is the fee for the food you will eat in the hostel whereas the hostel fees comprises of all the facilities you will use eg: AC/Non-AC room.
