First of all advanced congratulations for securing good rank in JEE ADVANCED 2019.So if you are interested in engineering physics then go through your interest .Now coming to placement opportunities in IIT for engineering physics :First of all you should know that physics department is basically research department .So if you want to make career in research field then physics department is good.But if you want to get placement in physics department then it is very difficult because there are very less job opportunities in physics department.

According to the last year cut-off marks of NEET 2018, the cut-off range was from 118-96 so if you score 250 marksthen you are definitely eligible for MBBS  but you need  more marks to get good medical college for MBBS cource. Best of luck for your future.

sorry to say at this rank it is impossible to get engineering physics in delhi technical university.

the last year cutoff was 15020 for the students outside of delhi region. to get any subjects you need to rank with in 12000.
