In every competitive exam you have a option whether you can give your exam in hindi or in English .You can choose one of them if you choose english then you will give whole paper in english you can't write a word in hindi , similarly in uppcs if you want to give your optional in english then it will not, you have to give that exam in hindi too like other subjects

There are no information available about whether Guru Nanak Girls PG College is English medium or Hindi medium. However the other information is that Guru Nana girls PG College offers undergraduate post graduate programs. The total number of seats offered for bed are 100 seats. Most of the chances is that it is an English medium college.

No , You will not rejected during KCET document verification . But you will not be eligible for Kannada Medium quota. Because to get eligibility in Kannada medium quota you have to study 1 to 10th in Kannada medium schools. So they will make you ineligible for this quota.
