Your marks in Hindi doesn't play a role in considering your eligibility for AIIMS.

Admission in AIIMS is through Neet examination so to be eligible for MBBS in AIIMS :-

you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical  of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st.

So, if you fulfil this criteria then you are eligible for Neet examination and after qualifying Neet you can get into AIIMS depending upon your marks obtained in NEET examination

Yes there is Girl named Nandita Haripal who is the topper from Jharkhand Academic Council Class 12th board exams . She scored 419 marks out of 500.She is form a poor background. Her father is a tailor and mother is a domestich help.

She is from Jameshedpur Women's College. Her parents could not afford the college fees so she took private tuitions at a  affordable cost & her hardwork made her successful.

I cant' provide you her answer-sheet but you can ask the college about it , if they do such kind of thing .

yes obviously you can score good marks in in the state board of Jharkhand from arts stream in English medium. Actually nothing is impossible. And if you have basic knowledge of English. I think you can. This also can help you in all India level examinations like UPSC ,NDA etc. But you have to study hard for that
