Yes, you are eligible to take admission in BA Hindi Journalism and Mass Communication Hons course in any college under DU even if you are from English Medium as the eligibility criteria for this course is only 10+2 passed.

Eligibility Criteria - A person, who has passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.

Actually there is nothing impossible. You just have to keep your confidence and make your target to be top in Jharkhand board 10 + 2 level from arts stream in English medium also. You have to study hard, practice more and more times, also have to go through your previous year question papers. And should not spend your time in leisure. That's the path way to become top.

Actual you have not mention in which college you want to get admission,sweat is quite difficult to tell whether Hindi would be considered in best four or not. Because each college or each University have some different rules according the best of four.

Like for Saint xaviers college, they calculate your honours subject marks with two, and add best two subjects without language subjects like English Bengali Hindi.

Again for Delhi University, they calculate like this

One language subject (English Bengali Hindi or any other language)

Three best elective subjects

So so in this case Hindi will not be considered in the best of four

Priya Raj of IGGHS topped the state with 496 marks out of 500, followed by Amresh Kumar (495) of NRHS at second place, and Aman Kumar (492) and Gopal Singh (492) at third place respectively, both from NRHS .

In most of the competitive or entrance examinations there is  option of choosing any of English or Hindi as medium of the question paper. And in most of the examination when you choose  Hindi as the medium of  your question paper then by default you get your question paper in both English and Hindi

The Patna University conducts PUCET (Patna University Common Entrance Test) to offer admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered at the university. The exam is conducted in English medium ( except for BA/MA Hindi). You don't need to worry, BA political Science entrance exam will be conducted in English Medium.
