Dear aspirant,
Yes you can switch your language of preparation according to your preference and usability. But consider that it doesn't affect your preparation.
Talking about advantages it doesn't have any significant advantage but if you have good English then you definitely have better understanding of paper. Same can go around also. So, my recommendation would be to choose your preference according to knowledge and usability in the exam also.
Hello,
Generally, you have to write you exams in English language as the medium of instruction is English. You cannot write the exam in Telugu, you may fail in the exam if you write it in Telugu. Please enquire in the examination department of the institute regarding the language of exam and follow the language that is acceptable. Otherwise your exam paper will not be evaluated by the examiner.

Hi
This completely depends upon the examination about which you are asking.
Do let us know so that we can help you with relevant information.
Anyway,
Generally,
In most of the cases,
When you choose language other than English for your examination medium you get your question paper in both the language selected by you i. e hindi in your case and also in English.
For example,
This is the case with entrance examinations like NEET /JEE main, where you get question paper in bilingual medium i. e English and the language selected by you if you select language other than English.
Other than this selecting hindi as your examination medium won't affect you in any way.
Thankyou
