Out of 6 subjects like Mathematics, English, Science, Marathi , Hindi and Social Science, you can select best of five subjects.
Among the six subjects you can choose any five subjects as best of five. Best of five scheme is available in Maharashtra SSC Board.
You need to appear in board and give exam for all the six subjects and out of them best of five subjects will be considered for calculating percentage.

It depends on the region where institute is located to choose medium of imparting knowledge of various subject in bams course.You can choose hindi,English, and other regional language.
Mostly subjects of Ayurveda are in Sanskrit so you must have minimum knowledge of Sanskrit. It will help you in understanding the concept.

No , You can not change your medium of reading and writing paper in the middle of class 12 as it it not allowed by any education board in India.A student have to write its class 11 and 12 in same medium so if you wrote your first term exams in Hindi you have to write your final exams in Hindi as well.
You can change it during your graduation as most of the courses In India are taught in English only.
You should not waste your time about thinking about this query go prepare for your boards exam and then if you want to study in English you can do if in your graduation.
