To become a IAS officers you first need to get a degree. So first Join any college . Then you need to prepare for the prelims and mains which is based on history, ethinics, English , social studies, geography and Civic. There are various handbooks and preparatory books available in Market. Start preparing from your first year at college and all the best.

Event planning is a huge business nowadays and the right amount of exposure for outgoing individuals who wish to specialize in the same.

If you do it from a good institute, it should vary from 50k - 1,00,000 with good placement levels

MBA in Event Management and PR (2 years long PG course)

So you are basically basking about event management

It is a management proffesion In which you need to organise or manage event successfully

For event management you should have bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably social science humanities or liberal studies.

Candidates who are interested has to appear for entrance tests conducted by various university/institute providing two years of MBA post graduate degree. Apart from these there are short term courses also.
