You can check the same at

If you have a plot registered in the name of any member of your family which has a area not below 1000 sqft then you will not be eligible for the EWS as per the notification. Although to be sure you may visit the SDO/DM office and get it discussed, they can accurately provide you more specific legal details.
I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!

Dear darshan,
Now AKTU have stopped UPSEE examination for B.tech course where fee waiver seat actually exist. From this year AKTU will take admission through JEE mains counselling, and still they haven't clarified yet whether they will provide fee waiver seat from this counselling or not.
So just focus on the exam, if the conditions are true and AKTU will provide fee waiver seat then definitely you will get fee waiver seat because you are clearing every criteria to obtain that seat.
Good Luck!!!
Hello,
In IISER aptitude test no EWS category cutoff present. It's under your normal cutoff. Like for general and OBC NCL candidate marks minimum 75% and for SC, St candidate marks 60% in this Aptitude Test. But IISER have EWS category student seat in their college.
All the best.
hi,
ews stands for economically weaker section, students who does not belongs to any other category, have satisfied the criteria given for ews category are eligible to apply for it. now coming to nits, admission to engineering courses is based on jee main exam, 10% seats are reserve for ews category in nits or institute under central government.
Admission to IITS is based on jee advance score, you need to first qualify in jee main exam, then you would be eligible for jee advance test. however 10% seats are reserve for ews candidates for admission to b.tech courses.
Dear student,
As you have mentioned that you have got 75 percentile in JEE MAINs, and you belong to EWS category. If we observe the previous year Percentile vs EWS rank then on 75 percentile you will probably getting the EWS rank somewhere between 36,000 to 40,000 .
And if we look at the last year(2020) cutoff of Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology(DAIICT), Gandhinagar, then all the seats get full before mere 200 EWS rank . Below I am showing you the cutoff of DAIICT Gandhinagar.
Below is the opening and closing rank of this college in 2020.
Course Name Opening rank closing rank
Hon. in ICT Computational Science 67 75

You need to score minimum 96-98 percentile or above to get seat in NIT. However, you have chances of getting seat in colleges accepting JEE Main and here is the list of colleges in which you may get seat based on previous year cut off
Cut off changes every year depending on various factors like number of seats available, difficulty level of exam and number of candidates appeared etc.
