Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned you have got 84.5 percentile so your rank would be somewhat around 1.7-1.8L. So, as per the cut offs are considered you need to score atleast 93 percentile to be on a safer side. So, in short there is very less chances if you could get into this college with this percentile.
The cut off for cse branch is around 17k as per the previous year and the cut off for biomedical engineering is around 82k.
So, I would recommend if possible give the remaining jee attempts and try to increase your percentile.

hi,
sorry to say, you will be considered under general category only since during the filling of application form you did not mention about ews, so your score , rank has based upon general cutoff. since you did not get the qualified score for general category, you will not eligible to apply for CCMT counselling.
however apart from gate there is many other M.TECH entrance test which held by state wise and Institute wise.
some of the m.tech entrance is as follows:
tspgecet
appgecet
ISI admission test
BITS hd
IIIT hydedrabad post graduate entrance test
hope it would help.
Hello,
Considering the previous year cut off trends for IIT JAM you do not have chances of getting seat in IIT in M.Sc Chemistry. You need to secure a rank below 750 to get seat in IIT. However, you have chances of getting seat in NITs and here is the list of NITs in which you have chances of getting seat
The above mentioned ranks are the cut off ranks for EWS category in round 3 CCMN counselling.
To get clear understanding of previous year cut off ranks for IITs and NITs use the link given below

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on the determining factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. Joint Admission Committee ( JAC ) Delhi conducts counselling for admission to B.TECH , B.ARCH courses to 4 government institute under NCT, Delhi. based on previous years closing score you have no chances for any of the branch under home state quota and all India quota in DTU on rank of 1 lakh.
