I got 65 percentile in jee mains February 2021 in ews category which college I will get?

Vibhanshu 13th Mar, 2021

Hi,

Congratulations!! According to previous years, based on the percentile mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected to be 1.6 Lakhs. You can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile

If we go through the 2020 cut-offs, then it shows that you have quite less chances to get any of the NIT even after having EWS reservation. Lastly, it is very tough for you to get a NIT seat. Look for GFTIs, there could be some chance for you. I'll also suggest you to pull up your socks for April attempt and score good percentile to get your dream college.

I got 85 percentile in jee main 2021. Can i have a chance to get a admission in top college of upsee(uptu) for btech. I belong to general ews category. Please reply🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Shrishty sahu 13th Mar, 2021
Dear student,
Upsee has been scrapped of to give admission to students in b.tech courses and now students can take admission on the basis of their jee mains score from this year. Therefore we do not have any records of the cut offs of various colleges on the basis of jee mains, hence it would be almost impossible to predict anything about the cut offs. However your score is a bit low, so there are negligible chances for you to get into the top colleges of uptu through jee mains.

i get 48 percentile in jee mains 25 February i sift exam and i belong to general ews category can i get nit or not please tell and also tell what is percentile to get nit for ews candidate

ayanmukherjee045 13th Mar, 2021

Dear aspirant,

As you mentioned you have got 48 percentile in jee mains February session , I would like to recommend you to do good amount of hard work for your next sessions as this percentile won't secure you any college. You need to work on your concepts. The general EWS percentile should atleast 96 to get any decent nit.

my name is Tejas I belongs to PWD (EWS) category . I attempted jee mains (feb) this year I got 18.7 percentile. can I get NIT? as i checked cutoff on Google its showing very low

Anurag Khanna 12th Mar, 2021

Hello Tejas,

According to the mentioned percentile and category your rank is expected to be in the range of 831699 - 934950 and your category rank also not seems to be good enough on such CRL rank, you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile

Or

You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor

So on such rank and category you have no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs, so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for state GFTIs or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

https://learn.careers360.com/jee-main-coaching/?utm_source=%20QnA

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

You can also check out the JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-off (expected) for JEE-Advance 2021 from the link given below :-

Hello Student

You have selected in CISF Central industrial security force as a General Corp. You have selected in this post for your e w s certificate.Result has been published   on the   1st February of 2021. But now they show that your selection will be done on the basis of general category EWS candidate in the month of April 2021. Your EWS certificate validity is up to March 2021. So  you have to renew the certificate as per norms and forms to show the EWS certificate for further procedure of availing the reservation advantages for the post of CISF.

I lost my ews meesewa application reciept after submitting it to the local tehsildar. how do I track my certificate ? is there any alternative way? please help anyone

Sharon Rose Student Expert 7th Mar, 2021

Hello,

You will actually receive the details of the application number to the registered mobile number which you have given at the time of filling the application. You can check the registered mobile number to know the application number. Or once the certificate is approved by the concerned authority you will receive a confirmation SMS to the registered mobile number and the tentative date to obtain the certificate. So either check the SMS for application number or wait until you receive the confirmation message.

To check the status of the application use the link below
