You can get many new IIT's in good branches , and apart from these you can also get BHU/Dhanbad in branches like metallurgy , mining etc , as seats have increased this year .
Apart from iit's you can get IIST , RGIPT , IIPE so you can try for them also based on your jee advanced rank . You can also take admission in IISER .

Both VR Siddhartha college and PVP Siddhartha colleges offer good range of courses of engineering. However, both colleges require good ranks to seek an admission in these colleges. 68000 is quite high and the chances of getting a seat looks pretty slim and you may not get the branch you desire.

You do have decent chances with a seat in Government Ayurvedic College, Nagour with a score of 400-430. You might also get Private Medical Colleges for MBBS with this score.
