For your rank, btech automotive and btech engineering physics are available in the Delhi technology university. Other that mathematics many scopes are available in these courses also. So as per the information shared by you, it is difficult to predict which college you might get,since the counselling has not yet been started.
However,seeing the previous trend of Cutoffs at various NITs/GFTSs under JEE MAIN Paper 2 under the EWS category , it might be very difficult for you to get into any NITs under JoSAA .
But , you can get into some colleges under JoSAA such as BIT MESRA,MIZORAM UNIVERSITY ,Katra VaishnoDevi college etc.
Also it is advised to you to also fill up the forms for state level counselling as well as some private colleges like SRM,Manipal,Amity Univ. etc. Which accept JEE Main scores as admission criteria.
