The chances of getting a govt BDS seat is less. You should try till the mop up round but you can surely get a private BDS seat.

As per last year, with 360 marks your all India rank would be around 1.7 lakh. But the cut off was around 43k for A-cat medical seat in Andhra pradesh. Even for A-cat BDS seat in AP , the cut off was around 1lakh all India rank. But the cut off changes every year based on various factors like top marks, toughness of paper, no. of students appeared for the exam, no.of seats available etc.

As per stats and trends, your rank would hover around 1.8 lakhs, and getting NIT at this rank for your category will be tough. According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or good GFTIs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
