Aditi amrendra Student Expert 15th Sep, 2020
Hello,

I am sorry to say but your category has to be same for JEE mains and JEE advance and the details which you had provided while filling JEE mains application form should be same for JEE advance too and since you have appeared in JEE mains as General category candidate, you cannot appear in JEE advance as ews category candidate.

I hope this helps.

what was the state rank for getting admission in private medical college of mp for mbbs under ews category under state quota for all private medical colleges for mbbs please tell me?

ojaswiyolo Student Expert 24th Oct, 2020

Hello

To get a seat in a private medical college you need an all india rank of about 75000 for EWS  category. If you want you can also apply for private medical colleges in All India Quota Counselling or go for different stae quota counsellings for Managemnt seats. To check your chances of getting a mbbs seat this year you can use https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor

Harsha Sinha 24th Oct, 2020

Hi there,

Unfortunately your marks are quite low hence your probability of getting a medical college in madhya pradesh for mbbs degree is very low.

You must take a drop and try to score more next year. Though you can still check college at your rank here is the link

If, you could not get the chances in the government then you may go for pharmacy or agriculture courses if you gave the entrance test (otherwise through management quota) or you can get admission in the private medical colleges. You can also try for zoology or botany honors too.

There are so many pharmacy colleges India and those are having very good placements too. Here is the link for top pharmacy colleges in India:

https://pharmacy.careers360.com/colleges/ranking

The agriculture colleges which are ICAR affiliated those are giving the best careers for the students: Here I am giving you one link and from that you will know all the details about this course:

In my opinion above two courses are best for your future.

Thank You.

I have got 469 in neet 2020. My all india rank is 113587 and ews category rank is 13685. can I get a mbbs seat in 15 all india quota in government or private medical college

Sreeja Siva 24th Oct, 2020

Hi,

The cut off of colleges vary every year based on various factors. So an accurate prediction is not possible. Since your profile mentions Bihar as your place the answering is based on that information. Based on previous year data the admission to AIQ seats seems tough with this mark but you might have chances in the state quota seats of following colleges

Lord Budha Koshi Medical College and Hospital, Saharsa

Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani

Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Sasaram and so on.

There are also chances in the state quota seats of following dental colleges based on previous year data

Buddha Institute of Dental Science & Hospital, Patna

Mithila Minority Dental College & Hospital and so on.

The chances may vary based on many factors as I said earlier. To know your chances more accurately in colleges please use college predictor given below

All the best.

hi..iam expecting my score 210 in neet 2020..can i get bams ?? i belong to ews category

Poulomi choudhuri 23rd Sep, 2020

Hello student,

The cut-off changes every year. It's very difficult to predict the possibilities of admission. The cut-off differs from state to state. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest score, the exam difficulty level, whether you belong to any category or not.

You haven't mentioned your state also. The admission in BAMS done through the basis of NEET rank. If we see last year's cutoff it went very high, with 210 score in NEET it seems chances are less to get a bams seat in government college. college, however you can take admission in private college. you can check the link mentioned below to get an idea about which college you might get.

I got 68.5% in jee mains on ews category. can I participate in josaa

sheemaashraf123 10th Dec, 2021
It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category

If you manage to qualify JEE Main Cutoff, You would be eligible for JEE Advance which is the intake exam for IITs as mentioned above.

However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced

But the previous cut offs of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly

For the college preferences and the courses provided by these colleges and to know which colleges participate in the JOSAA counselling, please go to the below mentioned link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/josaa-participating-institutes/amp
