As far as the marks is concerned then for the year 2019 and 2020 the cut off marks to get a government seat was around 120-140 in neet but it can vary because the dynamics gets changed accordingly.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

DU JAT is the Delhi University Joint Admission test for taking admission in undergraduate courses in Delhi University. This is a national level joint admission test for taking admission in BBA, BBE, BMS now B.com and BCom honours included. Candidates should have to pass 12 class from any recognised board or Delhi Board of secondary Education. Any candidate past 12 class examination form a recognised board is eligible for appearing these Delhi University joint admission test. So al though you have passed from Karnataka State Board which is a karnatak state government recognised board you are eligible for appearing DU. JAT exam.

Yes. After Qualifying for the GATE Mtech as a EWS Category, you will get stipend or scholarship from AICTE PG (GATE/GPAT) Scholarship.
This scholarship is meant to support the post-graduate studies of GATE/GPAT qualified students admitted to ME/ MTech/ MArch and MPharm courses in AICTE approved institutions. The selected students will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 12,400.

220 Marks is a very very good score in JEE Mains and you can expect some of the best engineering colleges with this score and having an EWS reservation will also help you get even better college .
According to previous year cutoffs your rank in the range of 1500-750 , you should note that these are just predictions and actual rank will depend on many factors like total number of ews students , difficulty of exams etc .

If you do not have EWS certificate at the time of filling CUET 2022 application form then you have a provision to upload the declaration form in lieu of General-EWS certificate. The declaration form is in Annexure IB in the page number 37 in CUET UG 2022 Information Bulletin. You need to take the print out of the page, affix your passport size photograph. fill your details, get it signed by one of your parents, you also have to sign on it and upload it in the application form. If you do so you will be provisionally allowed to appear for the entrance examination and you will be considered as General-EWS candidate. However, at the time of admission you have you compulsorily provide General EWS certificate issued on or after January 1, 2022 at the time of admission. If you do not provide it then you cannot claim EWS reservation.

Hello Student , UGC net certificate is valid for lifetime. Once a student hfd certificate can use certificate for the whole lifetime for getting the opportunities available through this certificate. If you get UGC NET certificates in EWS category then it will be valid for lifetime whether you may retain in category or not. No changes on the economic sector or social sector will hamper the privileges of UGC NET certificate. It is an lifetime achievement.
