Hello Aspirant! If you haven't applied for category rank in JEE Main then you won't be able to apply for JEE Advanced as well. And if you have applied for JEE Main with category but couldn't apply in Advanced with the same then that's because you might not have been cleared the Gen-Ews cutoff marks to apply for JEE Advanced.
