As per the latest update on NEET-UG 2021 reservation criteria, the union government has decided to provide 27% reservation to Other Backward Class (OBC) and 10% reservation to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) under the All India Quota (AIQ) scheme. So with the marks of 350 and also belonging to general EWS category, the chances of getting a seat in government medical college is quite low enough. hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that for getting the call from faculty of management studies of bhu you need to have atleast 85 percentile in cat exam to get a call from fms for further rounds and have to pass all the sectional cut offs

Based on previous year cutoff , It is bit Difficult to get seat into Government Medical colleges. However if cutoff remains a bit low then you could get following private Medical Colleges :

1. KMCT Medical College, Manassery

2.  Ka runa Medical College, Palakkad

3. Malabar Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Modakkallur
