is ews quota applicable in karnataka for state counselling NEET 2021?
Hello Aspirant...
I hope everything is going well for you. In Karnataka, the EWS category is relevant to NEET. For admission to MBBS/BDS colleges in India, 10% of the total seats would be reserved for GEN-EWS applicants.
In NEET-UG, general applicants whose family's gross annual income is less than Rs. 8 LPA will be considered for the EWS Quota.
I hope you found it useful.
All the best.
492 marks , ews rank 14004 , can i get any govt medical college through ews quota ?? My state domicile is Uttar pradesh . Can i get college in Himachal Pradesh through all india quota ews reservation in lower colleges ??
Hi
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then
>>>> With 492 marks,
You hold a low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 606 marks for ews category was the cut off / lowest marks to get a seat in Govt. Medical College under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich
You can check the same at
