As per your question, NO you cannot give the improvements exam for two or more subjects in the same year for CBSE. You will only be allowed to give a single subject improvement exam, in an year.

I advice to get a PWD certificate in first instance from the Medical Authority or CMO and later on you can apply for the PWD reservation in the NEET exam. PWD has reservation in the NEET upto 5 % and if you obtain the certificate then you can avail the reservation.
