See till now there is no official date announced for release of NEET 2020 Result but it is expected to be release by the end of September or in first week of October. As of now answer key for NEET 2020 is expected to be out in upcoming week. You can cross check your answer and can calculate your marks.

The cut off for evaluation is separate for both parts of the question paper. Qualifying is only one paper will not be eligible for admission through this.
The minimum qualifying marks for written test is 35% for SC and ST category. For others it is 45%. Admission is based on the merit list. There is some reserved seats too. For SC it is 15%, ST (7.5%), OBC(nc) (27%) AND pwd (3%).

IITs eligibility criteria is still the same i.e To be eligible for IITs one needs at least 75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination.
Also, if you are not ok with CBSE marking scheme in the remaining subjects for which exams have not be conducted then the cbse board will provide the option to write the remaining examinations.
For those who wants to give the remaining examinations ,the board will release the dates once when atmosphere becomes good enough for exams to be conducted.
