Hello,
To be eligible for b.Tech, a Candidate must have Studied Physics, Chemistry Mathematics and English as their major Subjects. Thr Candidates must have scored 50 percent in the these Subjects. Five percent relaxation has been granted to reserved category candidates like SC ST. So, if you have not studied these Subjects you are not eligible for B.Tech. But you can do one thing, pass class 12th with these Subjects from CBSE or State board.
After that you can appear for entrance exams like JEE MAINS. Apart from JEE MAINS, you can sit for entrance exams of other Universities too like VITEEE (Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam) SRM JEE (SRM Joint Entrance Exam). These Engineering Institutions does not offer admission into B.Tech Courses on the basis of JEE MAINS score, that's why they conduct their entrance exams to offer Admission.

see you are eligible to write any of the gate paper irrespective of your stream, however you must abide by the eligibility criteria like candidates must be complete or in final year or 3rd year of bachelors course , candidates who are currently in m.sc courses or passed the course are also eligible to apply. however you may self study the gate paper and appear in exam, but at the time of admission to masters course you may face issues for not having the exact qualification. so just research about the m.tech program and the eligibility criteria for admission. here is the gate syllabus link of textile and fibre science which may help you to sort the syllabus.

Since you have done your graduation already, you can go for Post Graduation diploma in fashion designing. Here's some basic eligibility criteria to pursue this course
1. A candidate must have passed graduation from fashion designing coursee or its equivalent degree from a recognised University with minimum 50 percent marks.
2. Even if a candidate has completed a diploma course of three from any stream and a recognised University then he/she is also eligible for this course.
3. But the eligibility criteria might be different for every college or University. 50 percent is just a basic criteria.

For Bsc in Fashion Designing minimum 45% of marks in necessary in 10+2 level board examination.However for diploma percentage of marks required is 50% for board examinations.The duration of the course is three years.So this is the basic criteria.however for most of the college admission is merit based and count on the percentage in class 12 standards.
