how can i become a professional fashion designer in india?

harshitasharansrivastava Student Expert 23rd May, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

If you wish to become a professional fashion designer, then at first step I'll recommend you to go for a bachelor's or diploma course in fashion designing in specific specialization from a reputed fashion designing institute in India. Once you complete your basic education, step in to the industry to get hands on experience by joining good brands and fashion houses to upskill your creativity. You can intern at these places or try finding a job. You can also go for higher studies in the same field. Once you think you have learnt enough and is capable you can start your own business.

Dear Aspirants ,

The B.F.Tech is mostly about of Manufacturing with some of streams are including like Information Technology ,quality management, artificial intelligence. This course is provided knowledge of Introduction and fundamental designing element. It also including raw material ,manufacturing and quality of apparels .

But if you are really not interested for this course then dont go because interest is much more important is this industry .
