Hello Aspirant,
FDDI has a total of 12 campuses and among them the Noida campus and Rohtak campus are considered to be the best for Footwear Designing followed by the Hyderabad campus. Between FDDI Noida and FDDI Rohtak, it is very difficult to compare, rest assured both of them are top-class considering the course Footwear Design.
Hope this was helpful.
Eligibility Criteria, Varies across Universities and Higher Technical Institutes. However nowadays as far as IITs, NITs and IISc Bangalore is concerned, they have somewhat relaxed the Admission Criteria. Besides BTech in Production, Materials or Mechanical, you may require GATE Score for Aerospace, to secure a seat in MTech. However you should check the Elgibility Criteria for your Target Universities before deciding on apper for GATE or pursuing MTech in Aerospace.

Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you it totally depends on you that in which course or domain you have interest in. You should certainly focus on domain in which you have interest in then only you can achieve high placements.
Hope you found this answer useful.Stay motivated stay positive.
All the best!
If youre refering to the Placement Perspective, I would say both EIE at NIT Rourkela as well as Production or maybe Metallurgy at NIT Trichy, both have good Placements, and paclages averaging anywhere between 7-10 LPA for most Students across Core, Non Core and Other Employer Sectors.
Now coming to the Academic Perspective, both NITT and NITR have strong faculty, infrastructre and a good campus life to their respective varsities.
Hence the decision effectively lies with you, you may prefer the Institute at vicinity to your Hometown. Maybe other factors like, incase youre into some sort of dream of studying in the Top 10 Colleges in India or maybe the Best NIT.
Incase you were aspiring Electrical or Computational branches, you may choose to stay happy with NITR EIE. Perhaps, I would say, incase youre targeting something like MBA Preparation or Government Services in Future, Production maybe a better option with a comparatively relaxed curriculum. Electrical and Instrumentation definitely has one of the toughet curriculums in campus, and you dont generally get sufficient time for Preparation or pursuing interests apart from Academics.
Incase you plan a MTech or Maybe Job in PSUs in future, prefer EIE NITR over Production at NITT.

Hi
In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not category rank.
This is very difficult to predict which college you will get because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination
--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam
--------) number of students from different categories etc
But yes,
With your 45948 general rank , considering your category as sc
You have low chance in Govt. College of Engineering & Textile Technology, Serampore for Apparel & Production Management
For example,
In 2020, in 3rd round of wbjee counselling, 5890 rank for obc-b category , 39114 gmr rank for sc category was closing rank for Apparel & Production Management in Govt. College of Engineering & Textile Technology, Serampore
Govt. College of Engineering & Textile Technology, Serampore doesn't have twf Seats, twf seats are not their in all college.
