Hello aspirant,
Yes, absolutely. You can get a government seat in food science and technology with a rank of 11900 in AP EAMCET 2020. estimating on the grounds of your performance in the entrance exam and the last year cutoff categorically, the cutoff rank went up to 88997. In that case, you have managed to secure more than the minimum qualifying rank. However, it's an assumption as the cutoff list varies from year to year. So you need to check official cutoff results and accordingly, you will get a seat in the college.

Hello, The college is known for having higher patient ratio compared to the other Ayurveda colleges and with their laboratories, natural environment and well versed faculties with social atmosphere, the student can experience an ease in the academics. You can get into the state social circle and easily pick up the language but nevertheless you can survive with Hindi also but it is advisable you learn the local language too since you will be seeing patients speaking their dialect during your stay there. For more information on the institute you can refer this link https://dqxeclau.top/colleges/government-ayurveda-college-thiruvananthapuram

Hope it helps !
Sorry but with such a huge rank secured in the entrance exam, you cannot be able to secure a seat in fishery or food science, though you're from OC category with weak financial background. This is because, first you did not even able to secure in the minimum qualifying range. Second, the fee reimbursement will only work if you have qualified as per your category which you failed to do. Had you had secured within 9000-10,000, we could have been able to take you into consideration whether you will be able to secure a seat or not. Anyways, this is an estimation based on the performance in the exam and the cutoff from the previous year as per the following categories. So it is suggested for you to give an another try so that you can secure more marks and get a seat as per your desired course.
Hope, this answer helps you. Better luck next time!
Dear Aspirant,
As mentioned by you, you can utilise the academic journals & websites on the internet like Researchgate, Academia etc. There are numerous people out there who put out their research in terms of pdf documents. To go one step ahead, you can also contact the author of the articles via email communication & look out for help. I'd suggest you to search the academic journals for the research of "Zebrafish".
Thanks for visiting this site. Hope it helped.
