you didn't mention at what level you are studying right now. If you are a computer student in high school then you can opt for B.tech in Food technology or B.tech in Agriculture.
If you are an under graduate of computers then you can go for M.Sc. or M.tech in Food tech or agri or you can write government exams to try to become a food officer through state PSC. there are many options, you need to be more specific. do comment again and I'll try to answer your subsequent queries to the best of my abilities.
