You may or may not get but it is better to give a try. Not so much details are given to tell you which college  will be the one for you to get an admission.

Here are the some names of college you can apply as per previous year neet pg cutoff:-

1. IMS varanasi
2. Sri RamaChandra Institute of higher education and Research.
3. Osmania Medical College

You can try for this college. Your rank is so high which make you get less college options but keep on looking for low ranked colleges who provides MS/MD degree.
