Sorry to say but there is no single NIT that offers BSC and MSC courses. If you are comfortable with a dual degree program then you can apply for NIT as well as for IIT to pursuing BSC+ MSC together. Also for the information, the Program is applied for only three branches I.e; Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The institutions which offer such courses are:

Unfortunately no NITs offer Geology course for B.Sc and M.Sc. but if you want to do B.Sc and M.Sc Dual degree course from NIT then you can do so only from three branches that are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and Computing.
