You need to choose the code 02.
This is because,
Though you are doing bsc geology your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology /biotechnology remains 10 + 2 .
While, those who have passed 1st year of 3 year degree/graduation course with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.

Hi Sona,
It should be 2. Let me explain why this is the case.
Your highest qualification will be declared qualified for NEET if your degree contains Physics, Chemistry, and Biology; otherwise, your highest qualification will be the one you completed in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Though you are pursuing a BSC, but BSC does not include all three subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology, and because the qualification for NEET is all subjects including physics, chemistry, and biology, your highest qualification will be 12th grade, which you completed with PCB and English.
So according to this rule, your code will be 2.
According to code 2, all the students who have passed class 12th in 2020 or in past year, then they come under code 2.
So you should fill code 2.

Hi aspirant
hope you are doing absolutely fine
As per your details, candidates who have successfully passed the first year of degree course from a recognized University with subjects being Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Biotechnology inclusive of practical tests in all these subjects can opt for code 5.
You can go for code 5,as you are in the first year with atleast 2 subjects common. Also, you must clear your 10 + 2 with subjects like biology, chemistry and physics. then only you are eligible to write NEET.
ALL THE BEST
HOPE IT HELPS.
