Indian students may apply for German university based on their jee advance score. however to admission in German public university candidates must hold a certificate of B2 level of German proficiency. German university has a foundation year program of 1 year duration, if you cleared jee advance test you may skip the foundation course as well.

I hope you are doing good. As per your query, I would like to inform you that you can persue post graudation or pg diploma from US after getting MBBS degree from germany . But it would be good if you have good statement of purpose, as getiing us visa for studying too is difficult from 2-3 years . I am very sorry to inform you that getting permament residency is almost next to impossible unless and until you dont have atleast 20+ years work experience in US

3-year duration Bachelor Degree is acceptable if you apply to private universities of Germany. There are 19 private universities and 93 private Universities of Applied Sciences.
But if you want to apply in public universities then you must have 4 years' bachelor degree.

M.S. degree is a good option for students who want to go for further higher studies or for those who are about commiting to Ph.D.
