But it would be good if you have good statement of purpose, as getiing us visa for studying too is difficult from 2-3 years . I am very sorry to inform you that getting permament residency is almost next to impossible unless and until you dont have atleast 20+ years work experience in US

3-year duration Bachelor Degree is acceptable if you apply to private universities of Germany. There are 19 private universities and 93 private Universities of Applied Sciences.
But if you want to apply in public universities then you must have 4 years' bachelor degree.

M.S. degree is a good option for students who want to go for further higher studies or for those who are about commiting to Ph.D.
