Studying a Bachelors Degree is Germany is perhaps quite tough as you need to clear Many Stages including a German Entrance Examination and German and English Proficiency Tests. For Indians, incase you aspire Engineering in Germany, first complete your Graduation in India followed by Masters in Germany. Incase you aspire Graduation abroad, prefer countries like US, UK, Singapore or Australia, where not only you have a Great Indian Population as Undergraduate and Graduate Students, but also English as Native Language.
Referring to Postgraduate Admission. Ideally for MS or Masters in Engineering in Germany, you need to first get your IELTS Exam Score. As such no examination like GRE Scorecard is required for Engineering Admission in Germany, however its always good to get one with a good GRE Score as it just makes your profile more strong. Some of the Universities like RWTH Aachen and TU Munich do accept GATE Score for Postgraduate Admission Purposes. Besides these, you need to have a strong profile, with projects and maybe a couple of internships and good grades in Graduation, you may easily secure a place at some of the Best German Universities.
