In Germany, the fees are subsidized i.e, the fees are affordable for an Indian student to bear.But unfortunately, you will have to undergo a rigorous two and a half years of language course in India on German language and pass it and then apply for an university in Germany with your essays. So the total course period including preparatory time is 9 years, the MBBS course in Germany is usually conducted in German language. But Germany is so far one of the favourite destinations of Indian students to study MBBS and continues to do so!

On the other hand,getting admission in a Singapore Medical School is highly competitive and not many Indian students are able to get admission easily.There are many good colleges of Medical Sciences. In Germany, the only real restriction you have for getting access to university are your grades. But since you haven't mentioned the stream you wish to pursue, this question becomes somewhat difficult. In Germany, enrolling in a Masters or PhD level is easier than the undergraduate. Actually speaking, admissions in the technical fields are a bit more difficult than non technical ones.

The most important factor is your level of proficiency in German language of course. But studying for UG in Germany is actually a good idea.

Even if there is no Common standardized aptitude test like SAT for admissions,  most German Universities accept JEE (Advanced) Score and consider it for the admission purpose. Other than JEE score you should clear the first year of the UG Course here in India for which you are about to go in Germany to pursue the Education.  The Feststellungsprüfung – the entrance exam which you will be appearing for the admission purpose for different universities.  For the students who don’t qualify the above the above criteria there will be preparatory courses after completing of which you will be admitted in your desired UG Degree Course.

Apart from the above mentioned general criteria, there may be specific criteria for the specific university for your desired course. You will find them in the specific websites of your desired university.
