The quota for single girl children exists and is enforced. If you're a single girl child, your chances of getting into a degree college skyrocket. There are numerous government programmes that assist single girls. Fixed deposits and SB accounts are offered at a greater rate of interest by banks . Sukanya Samriddhi Account is a government programme in which a girl's guardian or father can open an account for her up to the age of ten. The minimum deposit amount is rs 1,000 each year. The maximum amount that can be placed per year is rs150,000. After 21 years has passed, the account can be closed. The rate of interest is 8.5 percent. There are numerous scholarships available that provide single girl students more than male students during their UG programmes.

Yes, single girl child scholarship is offered on institute level. It varies entirely with the institution or college/university, in terms of fee or what they will provide the single girl child scholarship. Even at postgraduate level, In order to achieve and promote girls education, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has established a Post Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child with the goal of compensating direct costs of girl education at all levels, particularly for girls who are the only girl child in their family.

Due to some other reason NTA have provided such option. But in general there are no such quota for girl child. Mainly there are reserved seats for EWS, OBC, SC, ST and there can be some specified seats such as for Army brats etc. But there are no such quota for single girl child.

Scholarship facilities are on going for girls and boys in whole India. Actually those candidates are really talented but income is low then they can apply for scholarship easily.

After completing 10th the girls can apply for studying scholarship. There are so many scholarship present. Infact after completing 12th and UG level study for PG level study or any PhD study also getting scholarship. Infact so many organisations are present are help for girl's candidates are really wants study and build their career.

Till now, there is no reservation in for single girl child in NEET UG. They are treated under normal reservation policy. They do not get any benefit for seats. But you can see some colleges have girl reservation quota in their colleges in state level. If you are applying in state quota you can apply in these colleges or else in AIQ there is no such policy.
