Yes, UPES has many scholarships to offer in B. Tech, Design, Law, for students who do well in JEE Mains, and also merit- based scholarships for students who do well in classes 10th and 12th or equivalent.

Yes, UPES promotes girl child education and hence, provides a 20% tuition fee waiver in the first year. The eligibility criteria to attain the scholarship is a minimum of 70% marks in 10+2. However, UPES is working on updating the criteria after the CBSE Class XII board exams got cancelled for 2021. The update will be announced soon.

At this rank you holds no chances of getting admission in tier-1 colleges like NIts. I would suggest you to try for state university which are goverment and have less fees like guru gobind singh university , MDU university haryana , Punjab university. I would advise you to start preparing for next attempt

Single girl child reservation is applicable at State level Counselling where in few States like Punjab and Assam reserves few seats for single girl child. As per the guidelines for NEET and NTA there is no any reservation for single girl child in India for MBBS admission. There are separate reservation for sports person, ex serviceman, physically challenged, UR category, BC, SC,ST.

See there is no any reservation for single girl child at national level or AIQ counselling of NEET but at state level some states use to reserve some portion of seats for single girl child and for those who are twins so only for that purpose it is asked under NEET application portion. Some states like Punjab, Assam and some other use to provide this kind of reservation for all entrance exams and admission in their state.
Apart from this there is reservation of other categories like UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS and PwD(Horizontally) :-
