In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 37846 was the cut off rank for AU Region female and the cut off rank for SVU was 43744. This was approximately a marks range of 400-450. But now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. AP has 1% reservation for CAP. But with a score of 434, you might fall short by few marks for a Government Quota seat in Private Medical Colleges. You might get a seat in Management Quota. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
