Government Job
If the college you are applying is Private, then producing the category may not be helpful to secure the job. The sole thing required is the ability of teaching which will be judged through the Personal Interview. While applying if its required your category status, then you may need to provide the OBC NCL certificate, otherwise there is not much of a need. If your application form requires to mention your category, then keeping a valid OBC-NCL certificate will be helpful.

If your university don't offers the Consolidated Marksheet then its completely ok & you can provide your semester wise marksheets. In most of the examination, having graduation is just an eligibility criteria & in most cases, the marks don't matter. So if you wish to get into a Government Job suddenly there is no such mandatory rule about the Consolidated Marksheet. If its mentioned in your job option, that you need to submit the consolidated marksheet, then contact the regional office of the conducting authorities & get it discussed, they will provide you information if there is any other way out.

Hello Aspirant,
I hope that you are doing well.
It all depends on what you want out of life. Each has advantages and disadvantages, and you must choose the one that best meets your needs.
If you choose to live in another country,
Pros: More money, a higher level of living, more opportunities for advancement, and good work (depends)
Cons: You will have to leave everything behind and relocate; if you do not succeed, relocating back is a tremendous task; you will be in strange terrain and miss home; you will not want to return after a few years in better conditions; and if you have dependant relatives, it will be difficult.
Getting a government job
Pros: Easygoing lifestyle, better benefits than other jobs, There will be no need to relocate, though transfers may be necessary; you will be able to continue your life without much alteration to your current setup, and money will not be an issue.
Cons: You'll still have to deal with the Indian standard of life, employment will be basically useless, and advancement opportunities will be limited (depends upon the type of job)
I hope this helps.
Good luck!
Thank you
